Here at Moorfields Estate Agents, we have experienced staff at hand to help you every step of the way. Let us do all of the hard work for you so that your moving experience is free from stress.

Step 1 – Registration

Once you have registered your details and requirements, our team will then source suitable properties for you to view.

Step 2 – Viewing

At the viewing, you will meet one of our experienced and friendly members of staff at the property where they will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Step 3 – Reservation

If you would like to reserve the property, we will give you an application form to avoid disappointment. Please return the complete application form as soon as possible. The property will then be reserved subject to references.

Step 4 – Move in!

Once we have qualified your references and you have been successful with your application, we will notify you to arrange a suitable move-in date. At this time, we can arrange insurance for your contents if requested.

Here to Support You

On your move-in day, we will accompany you to the property where we will sign a tenancy, complete a schedule of condition, inventory if appropriate, and also take utility meter readings. We will notify the utility companies of the readings as well as local council of your move-in date.

Reasonable Rates

Obtain competitive prices for landlord and tenant services as well as renewal fees from Moorfields Estate Agents. Management fees are reduced if you, the landlord, introduce more than one property.

Landlord Services Pricing

  • Intro Let – From £240 inc VAT
  • Rent Collection – From 8% + VAT plus Set-Up Fee of £240 inc VAT
  • Full Management – From 10% + VAT plus Set-Up Fee of £240 inc VAT
  • Guaranteed Rent Collection – From 15% + VAT plus Set-Up Fee of £240 inc VAT

Tenant Service Prices

  • Agency Fee – 50% of a Month's Rent (Inc referencing, tenancy agreement and check in)
  • Holding Deposit – £150. Non refundable subject to withdrawal from application
  • Guarantor reference – £36 inc VAT
  • Renewal Fees – £36 Inc VAT
  • Assignment Fee – Adding or Removing Tenants is £60 inc VAT
